Cancer is a complex, randomly changing, evolutionary process.

Tumor cell evolution:

• Generates a nearly infinite variety of cancer cells
• Limits what can be known about cancer
• Enables cancer cells to arise that can evade therapy and cause progressive disease

Current approaches do not and cannot address this problem.
