Our goal is cure without toxicity.

Three basic requirements must be jointly satisfied to address the fundamental problem of tumor cell evolution:

• Comprehensiveness
• Specificity
• Knowability

In practical terms, the consistent cure of cancer  will require:

• A set of approximately 5 to 10 drugs given in combination
• The drugs must be targeted to patterns of normal cellular machinery related to proliferation and invasiveness
