Given the following well-established facts:

• Cancer is an unpredictable evolutionary process.
• The genetic complexity is enormous.
• Cancer cells constantly mutate and evolve.

It follows that:

• We cannot know what cancer cells will evolve.
• Cancer cells are not the correct target.
• The required target for the cure of cancer is the set of all cancer cells that could evolve.

The information required to detect and destroy the set of all cancer cells that could evolve defines all possible solutions to the consistent cure of cancer without significant side effects. It is the foundation for the Cure Cancer Project.

Within the context of this new way of thinking:

• Cancer is essentially one disease.
• One set of drugs can be developed for the cure of all types of solid metastatic cancers.
• We can at last formulate a rational, scientifically-sound plan to cure cancer.
• The cure of cancer is a solvable problem.
